When you call us, we answer the phone. You never get an answering machine. One of our trained dispatchers will always answer the phone and be able to handle your call — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a 4 for 1 philosophy. What does that mean to you? When a situation develops, it is handled expeditiously. We are proactive, not reactive. If you have a change of plans, we have a back-up. If you need a last minute ride, we can accommodate you. We station cars on eight hour rotating shifts in strategic locations all across Long Island, Manhattan and the three major airports. If you are diverted to another airport, we are there before you. In 1984, U.S. Limousine Service Ltd. was started in a one room office on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. Founders Jay Esposito and Joseph N. Carletto are still active in the business and you can always find one or both at their desks seven days a week. Joseph Carletto is responsible for Customer Service.
